What data do we collect?

We process the following categories of personal data:

We process your personal data based on the following legal bases according to Art. 6 GDPR:

  • Vertragserfüllung: Contract fulfillment (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR): To provide and perform our platform services
  • Rechtliche Verpflichtung: Legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR): To fulfill legal retention obligations
  • Berechtigtes Interesse: Legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR): For platform security, fraud prevention, and improvement of our services

Purposes of Data Processing

We use your data for the following purposes: Providing and operating the platform, authentication and access control, processing investments and applications, communication between users, improving the platform and analyzing usage behavior, fulfilling legal obligations, fraud prevention and security.

Data Processing by Supabase

We use Supabase (Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992) as a cloud database and authentication service. Supabase processes your data as a processor according to Art. 28 GDPR. Data is stored in the EU. Further information: https://supabase.com/privacy

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data Sharing

We only share your data in the following cases: With processors (Supabase, Google Analytics) according to Art. 28 GDPR, when legally required (e.g., to authorities), when you have explicitly consented, to other users of the platform (as far as visible in your public profile), for legal claims to enforce our rights.

Storage Duration and Deletion

We only store your personal data for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by legal retention obligations. After the storage periods expire, data is routinely deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time, provided there are no legal retention obligations.

Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data: Encryption of data transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls and authentication, regular security updates, backups and emergency plans. Despite all measures, complete security cannot be guaranteed.
